Rates below describe cataloguing time. This website does not take payment, does not open a checkout, and does not sell subscriptions. If you want a desk, telephone or email the studio. Invoices, when used, are arranged off-site after the scope is agreed.
Issue card cataloguing — from £85 for a short run of up to twelve issue cards in one series, including a standard-cover row and a first variant row where those files exist.
Variant and cover-type indexing — from £120 when a single issue number has three or more distinct cover treatments that need separate rows.
Drop and reprint timeline notes — from £70 for a timeline covering one series across a three-month drop window, using dates you supply.
Desktop catalog hygiene — from £95 for a sample folder of up to eighty files, with a changelog of renames and merges.
Hourly add-on cataloguing is £48 per hour when a run is larger than the starting band. We say so before extra hours begin.
Cover density matters more than page count. A twelve-issue run with one cover each is lighter than four issues with six treatments apiece. Unreadable screenshots add time because we cannot label a foil overlay we cannot see. Mixed-language listing titles need extra checking against the art.
We do not price “per token” and we do not take a percentage of any later sale. Cataloguing is record-keeping. Utility Flow Core is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software in the sense that any optional tracker file we describe stays on your computer and does not handle funds.
You receive a catalog table or card set as a document you keep. We do not retain a live copy of your collection after the agreed files are sent back. There is nothing to “unlock” on this website.
