Refund Policy

This website does not sell products through a cart, does not run checkout, and does not take card payments. There is therefore nothing to refund through the public pages.

Cataloguing work agreed off-site

If you telephone or email the studio and later agree cataloguing in writing, that agreement sits outside this website. Refunds for that work, if any, follow the written note you receive before work starts.

As a studio practice: if we have not begun issue cards, variant rows, timeline notes, or hygiene on the files you sent, you may cancel by email and we will not invoice for unstarted desks. If we have already written cards, we invoice for the portion completed. We do not reverse completed cataloguing because a later marketplace listing changed.

We do not refund “because a comic’s value moved”. We do not price tokens and we do not take custody of assets.

Digital files we send back

Catalog tables are records. Once delivered by email they cannot be “returned” in the sense of a physical book. If a file will not open, email the studio within fourteen days and we will resend the same document.

Third-party platforms

Charges on Veve, on an exchange, or on any other independent service are not charged by Utility Flow Core and cannot be refunded here.
